Todd Thurgood is an innovative financial leader, with extensive experience in the FinTech Industry. Most recently he worked as the Head of Strategic Development and the VP of Finance at Finicity, a Mastercard company. He also fulfilled responsibilities at Finicity that involved working directly with investors, executing the development and implementation of treasury functions, and guiding clients to best utilize their finances. Prior to his time at Finicity, Todd worked for the Bank of Utah in Commercial and Industrial Lending and spent several years assisting a private investor in managing a national commercial real estate portfolio while overseeing its financial operations and reporting. Todd received an MBA from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

Tyler Lackey is a dynamic legal professional with a passion for Financial Technology. Most notably, he worked as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Finicity, a Mastercard company. In these roles he managed all legal operations and assisted in leading the Finicity team Early in his career Tyler worked as a clerk liaising with clients

Following graduation he worked as a Clerk for Control4, served on the Corporate Counsel for SirsiDynix and NUVI, and most recently managed all legal operations as the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Finicity. He is interested in the intersection between corporate law and developing industries and has been recognized for his expertise in leadership, legal writing, and contract negotiation. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
